* **Payment Processing:** Payment is charged immediately upon placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or authorized.

### 2. Products, Weights, & Disc Color Variations

* We aim to display disc plastic colors, weights, and foil stamps as accurately as possible. However, due to manufacturer variations and display differences, physical products may vary slightly in shade or stamp contrast.

* We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities on limited-edition disc releases.

### 3. Shipping & Delivery

* **Processing Time:** Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

* **Shipping Rates & Times:** Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on location and shipping method selected.

* **Tracking:** A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

### 4. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Every effort is made to assist you in purchasing the proper and appropriate equipment to elevate your disc golf game. Skinny Dogs Disc Golf takes pride in not just selling discs and gear but selling the RIGHT discs and gear for YOU.  For this reason, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted or issued.

Skinny Dogs Disc Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products purchased through the site.
